Booking Terms and Conditions:

Please confirm availability for the dates you wish to attend. Chica Surf Adventures will confirm availability within 1 day of your request. Generally, if the date you wish to purchase is listed online, it is should be still available for you to attend. To make a reservation, fill out all of the information on the SIGN UP page and review our waiver/disclaimer. As soon as we receive your request to book your trip, we will send you the payment link by email. Once we receive your payment, we will confirm your purchase and send you detailed instructions how to select the best travel arrangements for your adventure. Do not purchase flights prior to your booking confirmation. Please read all of the details below regarding necessary travel documentation, rescheduling and our cancellation policies. Chica Surf Adventures is not a travel agency and is not responsible for booking airfare and other travel arrangements for you, or for travel costs associated with rescheduling or the cancellation of your trip.

Travel Documentation:

You must have a valid passport to travel to Costa Rica and Panama. Your passport must have at least 6 months remaining before its expiration date to be valid. No VISA is required to enter Costa Rica or Panama.


Your surf adventure may be rescheduled 60+ days in advance for an additional $150 change fee. Trips must be rescheduled within one year of the original purchase date or be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

We want to provide you with the best customer service, and we understand unavoidable situations occur, resulting in the cancellation of your trip. There is NO refund or partial refunds for any trips purchased through daily deal sites or purchased at a discount. These trips may be rescheduled or must be forfeited. There is also NO refund for arriving late or leaving early. If you need to cancel your reservation 180 days prior to your surf camp date, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. If 90-179 days prior: you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. 60-89 days prior: you ill be changed a 50% cancellation fee. All refunds or partial refund do not include merchant processing fees. Cancellations not available for trips booked online through outside companies.

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy:

Including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection insurance through your travel agent or online for both travel related issues and for travel emergency medical care. Chicass, Inc reserves the right to use discretion in extending the rescheduling fee to guest needing to change their trip with less than 60 days of the scheduled vacation date due to major emergencies / injury / illness.

Liability Waiver:

All guests will be required to sign a liability release form or will not be allowed to join the surf camp. The liability waiver must be reviewed and accepted prior to sending in your reservation request and is found on the bottom of the SIGN UP page. When we receive your surf camp booking information, this is the final confirmation that you have read and acknowledged the liability waiver and policy disclaimer.
