1. WORK OUT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Get physically prepared for your insane adventure! Surfing will make you use a ton of muscles you have never used before. Believe it or not, even wading through the water uses leg muscles you wont even be aware you are using until after day 1. We will be doing a lot of activities so my best advice is to engage in as much Cardio exercise as you can before you come. 2. DO SOME BASIC RESEARCH ABOUT SURFING AND COSTA RICA
If you are going to be going to a surf camp in Costa Rica, you definitely want to learn not only a little bit about what you are going to be doing but about where you are going. Read up on Costa Rica. See what it is like. You are going to be traveling to the jungles of Santa Teresa. Get excited for your adventure.
And lets not forget you are coming to learn to surf! It is so easy watch simple videos online or read articles about surfing. There are many basic surf 101 videos on Youtube to get you familiar with this incredible sport. It will help you feel more comfortable and confident when you get up on your first wave. If you live near the ocean, go down and watch the surfers for awhile. Watching really helps.
3. GET READY

Also print out copies of your flights on Sansa or Nature Air to have on hand. Make a copy of all medical insurance and travel insurance plans, and write down information for your emergency contacts. Make sure you bring your drivers license if you need it, your debit card or credit cards that you will be traveling with. And then call your banks to let them know you will be traveling out of the country.
6. LEAVE YOUR WORRIES AT HOME
